I ran the "C:\InfoShare\App\TranslationBuilder\Configuration\StartConsole.bat"

I am getting an error called profile mismatch Access denied. I had checked the InfoShare account information.

The username and password are matching.

Any Hint?

Profile mismatch exception are thrown when the user context that is executing doesn't have a counterpart in the user repository of Content Manager.

Think of this like this
DOMAIN\username is executing. To be authorized by the system there needs to be a user with an external id DOMAIN\username. When there isn't, authorization fails and the execution is aborted.

If you increase the log level you will notice lines that mention which "username" (e.g. DOMAIN\username) failed to map through to a content manager user based on the external id.

For future reference this principal applies not only for windows services such as Translation Builder but for all parts of the authorization.
