We would first check what you want to accomplish so that we can tailor the training to the customer's specific needs. Then we can provide help with design/approach and assist you should you get stuck or have further questions.

But there is no published or fixed agenda as we usually deliver this in the context of a specific KC implementation. And tune the training to meet the needs of the customer. This training is always given by Professional Services.
