"Dita-preprocess" does not exist in the project ?

Question

Hi, 
 I had created custom publication PDF format by adding a watermark . 
 But when I trigger to publish the output is getting failed. 
 This is the message that I get

The error message indicates that there is something wrong with your custom publication PDF plugin in DITA-OT. Could you please supply some more context information around the process used. 
 
Which plugin and how did you customize this plugin? Did you start from the pdf2 plugin? 
Which version of the DITA-OT are you using? The out of the box version (so the one available in the DITA-OT/Infoshare folder) or a different one?
