I have a list of 10 publication GUIDs and I want to get the list of content objects (topics) organized in these publications.
Is there an ISHRemote cmdlet that would help me achieve this?

I saw you found How can I download all objects referenced in a single publication? ... just crosslinking for others that might find this thread.
Can you confirm that unimplemented cmdlet idea mentioned on Add cmdlet Get-IshPublicationOutputContent to return directly linked content objects of this publication #126 https://github.com/RWS/ISHRemote/issues/126 would solve your problem? Perhaps you can give it a thumbs up in Github.

Apologies I forgot to reply to your request. I have starred and added a thumbs up to your Github issue. I believe it would be a very useful addition to ISHRemote for those of us no proficient with coding calls to the API.
