Our current implementation of Tridion Docs 15 has the Conditions tab only available from the publication level. We are looking into having the Conditions tab added to the Properties menu for an output format.

Is it possible to have the Conditions tab added to an output format for Tridion Docs 15? Our reasoning is for writers to save their conditional settings at the output format level, so they do not need to change the conditional settings for a publication every time they publish a different output format. Other competitor tools have this option and we have writing teams moving from those tools to Tridion Docs. 

If this configuration is possible for Tridion Docs 15, would the conditions set at the output format override the conditions set at the publication level?

Are there issues that we would need to be aware of?
