The documentation for this is pretty weak. Ive gathered that there is XSL in the <LiveContent>/App/Utilities/DITAOT/... folder and suspect we should modify the XSL in a way that is similar to what you would do for Reach but would like some input from people who have experience with this.
The path for preview is Web\Author\ASP\Preview

If you add files you need to make sure that they get synchronized to the Client Tools, for the rendering to work client side.
The folder/files to synchronize to Client Tools are configured here Web\Author\ASP\ClientConfig\ClientConfig.xml
<syncfolder serverfolder="../Preview" clientfolder="%DATASOURCEAPPDATA%/Config/Preview" />
This entry makes sure that all files under the Web\Author\ASP\Preview folder will get synchronized to the Client Tools.
