Hi all,

We're currently exploring the possibility of developing an integration with a translation system that isn't built into the current Translation connector - working with SDL WorldServer or TMS. The translation system that we are looking to connect to has a REST API that can receive files (Native XML will be fine) and allow to pull back translated files.

I was wondering if the current Translation connector could be made available to be modified? Or if a separate connector would need to be developed on top of the Web Services API?

In it's basic form the connector should allow you user to select content for translation, select translation requirements (languages etc), push files for translation and then pull then back based on a status from the translation system.

Any advice / guidance on this matter would be much appreciated.
