To be able to post in a certain group, you have to join that group by clicking on the red bar at the bottom of the screen.

Once you have joined the group, you should be able to post in there.

When I click on the red bar I get the message 'You already joined this group'. 

And I am able to post in the group.

What I am unable to do is to log a support ticket in the 'installation issue' tab.

Since I posted in the group Lydia logged a ticket on my behalf so, hopefully, someone will get back to me with a solution of this issue.
