The segmengt confirmation by hotkey "ctrl + shift " triggers trouble.

  • The hotkey  "ctrl + shift " which is used for segmengt confirmation of  trados freelance 2021 (ver16.2.10.9305) triggers automatical exit of the application interface. Even when I click  "confirmation but do not move to next segment", it show that "sysytem can't find specified files". I really don't know what happens.

  • Furthermore, the successfully installed plugin "autohotkey"  from RWS appstore is not appear in the command column in top of the application.
