With RWS Community AI, you're not just getting an answer, you're receiving the finest solution tailored just for you.

In order for Community AI to deliver high-quality answers, it relies on a comprehensive and carefully organized solution database. To ensure that the answers it provides are truly valuable, we're currently focusing its capabilities on the Trados Studio and Multiterm forums. As we continue to enhance RWS Community AI, we plan to extend its services to other forums in the future.

RWS Community AI in Action

RWS Community AI is a free, non-obligatory add-on designed to enhance your user experience. Exclusive to the author of each post, this tool is yours to use at your discretion. Not satisfied with the AI-generated response? Feel free to refine your query or add additional information, and prompt the AI to revisit your question, up to three times. If after this, the answer doesn't meet your expectations, you can opt to engage with our community for their input (business as usual). With RWS Community AI, you’re always in control of your quest for solutions.

When RWS Community AI is enabled in the forum you post you question, the RWS Community AI button will be visible. The button is only visible for the initiator of the forum post.

After posting the question one can wait for other members to reply (business as usual) or click the RWS Community AI button to trigger the AI to come up with an answer. 
For the AI to compose a good answer you need to be a bit patience. It can take up to one minute for the process to complete.

RWS Community AI aims to deliver the correct answer to your question. However, if the response doesn't fully meet your needs, or you realize that additional information should be considered, you can reject the initial answer. After incorporating the extra details, you can prompt RWS Community AI to reevaluate the question and strive for a more fitting solution.

RWS Community AI can be prompted up to two times to refine its answer. If, after these two attempts (= 3 RWS Community AI answers), the solution still doesn't fulfill your requirements, you'll need to await a response from a member of our community.

Btw: You also have the option to dismiss the answer provided by RWS Community AI right away without asking it to try again. Alternatively, you can reject the answer, post additional information as a regular response, and make it visible to other community members.
