I've been asked to recreate a table style that has column/vertical rules separating data columns.
The tricky part of this is that the vertical rules in the table head have to be white; the vertical rules that extend into the table body have to be blue.
I'm using setcolor, setrul and avrule but each one appears before the first Tr.
Having an alternate rule color for table rules would help me get these two toned vertical rules working in future styles.
