This has now been released, every user can define their time zone and e-mails will use this:  Trados Enterprise - 24.05.1 Release  

Adapting the GMT times of TE notifications according to the assignee's computer timezone

All the times mentioned in the notifications sent by TE are set to the GMT timezone instead of being adapted to the assignee's computer timezone. Could you please change that?
