Currently, the edit distance data includes out of scope content (e.g. locked segments) as a part of the reported segments with edit distance 0. We are trying to leverage edit distance to see the quality of our MT output along with ensuring linguists are properly working on each segment. We need the ability to exclude this out of scope content from the reported data.
