Add Impersonate User feature in Trados Enterprise

As the Admin of our system, one of the features I really like from the good, old TMS is the Impersonate User feature. This is especially helpful when helping users troubleshoot issues because you can impersonate them and see exactly what they see. By using the Impersonate User feature, we can do it at any time without the need of a remote session with the user.

I see that there's no such feature in Trados Enterprise. Is that something that can be added in the future?
