Add segment number to verification messages

This would be helpful when clicking through messages to know where you left off or what segment the message refers to.

Two error messages in Trados Enterprise software, both stating 'Extra number in target segment.' with options to 'Ignore' or 'Ignore all', and both associated with 'Segment 15'.
