Adding a button to copy an existing workspace

Currently, there is no option to create a workspace from an existing one in Trados Enterprise. There is no Copy button for example which would be very useful.

    Hi Carla, I was contacted by the Support team earlier today and subsequently granted you access to the new reporting module. There was an issue in the way your account had been categorized in our internal systems, which is why you were not included in the first roll-out phase. I have corrected this now so it shouldn't cause any further issues in the future. Apologies for the delay in enabling this for you.

    Hi  , thank you but I'm afraid the new reporting module is nowhere to be found on our interface. I've submitted a ticket to RWS Support. Could you please advise?

  • Hi Carla,

    to confirm, you should now have access to the new Custom Reporting module which has been enabled for your account. Documentation for the new module is available here but please get in touch if you have any other questions relating to this.

    This functionality will be available in a new Custom Reporting module we have been working on for Trados.

    The timing of your request is perfect, as I just posted this article here, to inform customers about the new Custom Reporting module.
