Changing the default filename of vendor's quotes

Currently, when a vendor downloads a quote from TE, the name of the Excel or of the PDF file is the name of the vendor. When, the vendor downloads several different quotes from TE, he/she can't differentiate them easily as they all have the vendor's name. The names of the quotes files corresponds to the name of the projects.
