The January 2022 Customer Portal update introduced the very useful differentiation between "Create" and "Create & Start" for new projects. Feedback from some requesters suggests that the labeling of these options can cause confusion. Specifically, "Create & Start" is interpreted as submitting a project straight to production, without any quoting and quote approval. Labeling these options differently might help avoid this confusion. For example, instead of "Create" use "Queue Project", and revert "Create & Start" back to the original label "Submit Project."
