Customer Review task: allow it to have additional transitions in custom workflows

We want to be able to allow our customer reviewers to push things back into translation task (which is with external vendor) in case there are quality issues.

Right now this cannot be done as the task (even if we try to create a customized version of it) only allows one transition.

We do not want to switch using the "linguistic review" step, which would allow adding additional transitions as the Trados Enterprise (/lc) UI would overwhelm the customer reviewers and it currently is not enabled for the customer portal.

Can you please enable this task to allow more than "done" as transition or alternatively introduce the linguistic review task to be available via the customer portal likewise?
