At the moment, when using the standard Workflow "Translation & Customer Review & DTP", "Vendor Quote Review, Translation" and "Vendor Quote Review, DTP" are started and sent out to the vendors when completing "Project Planning". It would be more useful if "Vendor Quote Review, DTP" would not start until "Translation" task has been finished. The way it works now, the vendor keeps the "Vendor Quote Review, DTP" task, even if you reassign DTP to somebody else after "Translation" task has started. And there is no need for the vendor to already quote on DTP while still translating.
