Currently, where there are multiple fuzzy matches displayed in Lookups at the Translation task, after the translator confirms their target segment, the fuzzy options are not displayed to the reviewer in the Review task. During the Review task, only the confirmed translation from the TM is displayed as a 100% match in the Lookups panel. Fuzzy matches that were available during the Translation task are no longer shown.

I understand this is by design, to streamline things. But our reviewers would like to be able to see the fuzzy matches that were displayed to the translator. These can often contain useful alternative options/versions which would be useful for the reviewer, as well as the translator, to consider.  

In Trados Studio, it is possible to adjust TM settings to search for fuzzy matches even when an exact match is found.

Please enable displaying of fuzzy matches at the Revision as well as the Translation task.
