Enable the ability to split large tasks/files between multiple linguists

Sometimes we have large files that have a need to split between multiple linguists. Our both our internal PMs and vendors need to be able to do.

We have some very large files that come in for translation via the RWS Hybris connector that would ideally be split between multiple linguists. This feature is greatly needed.

This would still be very helpful so we don't have to split files via preprocessing and then rebuild after translation.
