Currently, the system doesn't allow a vendor to edit a quote AFTER he/she completes a Linguisitic Review task or a DTP task. These 2 types of tasks can't be "predicted". The linguist sometimes spend more time in reviewing a translation than originally expected. Instead of spending one hour on the task, maybe he/she spent 2 hours. So the corresponding vendor quote needs to be adjusetd accordingly.
