Give the possibility to enter absences in Trados Enterprise for any users (internal and external)

It would help a lot if any internal or external user (especially translators/vendors) could enter any absences due to vacation/sick leave or whatever, so the project managers can see it or get some sort of information when assigning a task to that user.
