Grey out "Open in Studio" button when the user doesn't have Studio OR show an error message

Currently, this button is available even when users don't have Studio installed. When users click on it, nothing happens.

This is very confusing for inexperienced users.

A few possible alternatives would be:

- a setting under "Manage Account" to say that the customer doesn't use Studio (if individual freelancers who work on the tenant have Studio, they can still download packages)

- or a setting in the entitlement page to indicate no Studio is present (could be an issue if not all users have Studio)

- or, for more precision, a setting under each user to indicate whether they will use Studio; that way it's more flexible

An easier shortcut in the meantime would be to show an error message if a user without Studio clicks on it; TE knows that it wasn't able to call up Studio, so at that point it could show a pop-up saying "It appears you don't have Studio installed. Please download the packages or open in the Online Editor instead" - or words to that effect
