Implement real-time data refresh for dashboards

We use dashboards to help with our budget forecasting and spend. The delays in data refresh for reporting make it difficult for us to easily manage spend when there are often missing projects from the reporting. We'd like to have more real-time data refreshing so the reporting is accurate and we know where we are with our budget.

    Can you please provide more details on which dataset(s) you are using for these dashboards?

    All of the datasets available using the Custom Reporting module are updated in near real-time with the exception of the Data Overview dataset which is updated three times per day. More information on how we populate and update datasets is available in the online documentation here.

    I'd be happy to look into this further for you if you can share more details on how your dashboards have been designed.

    We use data overview as it was found to have all the information we needed for our reporting.
