Make the word count at the projects view correctly reflect the number of translated words

When looking at the Projects view, the translated words number is incorrect. When looking at completed projects, it should be the same for translated words and total words (e.g. 350 / 350). We also notice that this number is incorrect for projects in process. This bug happens when you are locking matches.
