More customization for project managers

We have project managers for translation projects with different knowledge and different levels of budget rights.

I would like to customize the role of project managers even more on the user level to prevent errors and make their lifes easier.

Hi Luis Lopes,

for example when having a hierachy within the project management group, having some that can approve quotes and others who cannot or some who are allowed to edit translation engines and others who don't.

I hope this makes it a bit clearer.
