Pseudo-translation Provider for RWS Language Cloud - make it produce usable pseudo translation

Typically, pseudo translation performs character substitution so the text is still readable by and English reader. This app produces nonsense translations that cannot be used by a developer to test an application. Please update the app to perform quality pseudo translation. If I am using the app incorrectly and it can do this, please let me know how it can be done.

    In this addon version, one new configuration setting has been introduced:

    "Pseudo Translate Type": Specifies the method used for pseudo-translation:
    o Random: Applies random characters or strings.
    o Deterministic: Applies consistent transformations, resulting in predictable pseudo-translations.

    Please try it. Let us know if it meets the expectation or you still see the gaps.

    Hi Harjeet,

    Neither of these produce pseudo translation that is readable by an English reader. These outputs do not enable us to perform i18n testing during functional testing. Based on the language selected in the project, Trados is putting "translations" for that language that are not readable by and English reader. Is there a "pseudo" language that can be selected on project creation so the output can be the same or similar to what ICU provides?

    Hi Russell, I understand it ... Although, our app has different logic for pseudo translation currently. I can not commit anything yet but we will surely review internally and try to improve if possible for this idea. Thanks!
