Task history - maintain owner even when account is removed

 We maintain our user accounts to ensure only active employees maintain access to Trados Enterprise. When an employee leaves TI, we remove the account. I noticed that the task history does to keep the owner listed if the account is removed. Please add the ability to maintain the owner even if the account is removed.

  • It would definitely be nice to have the information maintained for completed tasks.

    I've also seen a situation where we've removed accounts but due to the way our workflows assigned certain stages to the Project Manager or a specific user, the task resulted in an error because that user profile no longer existed.
