TM lookup for vendors

Add easy TM lookup ability for vendors, similar to terminology. There is not an easy way for vendor PMs to search in TMs outside of the online editor.

  • I found that you can do this in a roundabout way by giving them additional permissions at the Customer level. I created a specific role with permissions to view the TMs at the customer level and then added it as an additional role to the Vendor PM group
