Translate
Sometimes, a translation needs to be updated after the task reached the last step of the workflow and the project being or not completed in TE. Currently, only the TM can be updated with the use of SDLXLIFF files. The bilingual file can't be uploaded to the project and the requester will download the wrong version of the translation on his/her CP interface.
