A function to set the number of segments to be read ahead by the Online Editor

Reviewers often jump to areas with errors or comments to check.

If the number of preloads is fixed around 100 segments as it is now, the read process will be entered each time and review will not be smooth. It depends on the performance of the PC and browser, but it is preferable to have options such as setting the number of segments to be preloaded or loading all segments.

I often encounter users who say that the Online Editor is slow due to the pre-reading that sometimes occurs when moving segments.

  • The problem is the long load time before displaying the segment.
    Solution would be to increase the number of verses to be read ahead of time or to read all of them, as mentioned above, or to set the number of verses to be read ahead of time to about 20 verses to shorten the load time as much as possible.
