Back-ups for TMs on Cloud

I recently encountered a problem with one of my TMs on the Cloud. 

I did some maintenance, but I set the filter for deleting TM items in batch mode wrongly. As a result, I noticed the next morning that my TM (of more than 280,000 lines) was completely empty...

After contacting the support team, I received as an answer that it was impossible to recover my TM as it was. 

In Group Share, our IT team once deleted one of our TMs by accident. Luckily enough, the support team was able to recover it. 

To avoid such losses, I would like to have RWS making automatic back-ups of the TMs so that we can recover them at any time in case of improper handling during a TM maintenance.
