Make automated email notifications customizable

It would be great if PMs or Admins would be able to customize automated notifications. Which content elements are included, when/how often reminders are sent, linking additional resources, etc. would help streamline the experience for translators, reviewers, and PMs.

  • User should also be able to customize what alerts they receive. Currently our team members are being bombarded with emails about other people taking tasks, due dates approaching, etc. and as a result, important emails (such as being assigned tasks) are being lost in the soup. Members can manage their own calendars, so they don't need to receive reminders. Ideally, these mails should also have customizable subject lines, since mail after mail titled "Trados Team" makes them hard to distinguish at a glance.
