The activity pane for Cloud terminology entries is great!
However I would like to suggest an improvement. When deleting fields, the message should say "Field [Field_Name] with value [Field_Value] was removed". Currently it only says "Field [Field_Value] was removed", which is actually not quite right. See the example below. Note also that the message is correct when new fields are added.
