A user should be able to add languages for translations in bulk rather than one at a time

Rather than add languages one a t a time I would like to multi-select and add several at one time. This feature would be similar to how I can add several languages when using Trados.

The same way, it would be helpful to be able to batch-remove languages from a project as well (also like in Trados Studio).
