Add penalty for ignore case/access key/space/punctuation option in Pre-translation

Dear Passolo,

May i ask if you would consider adding penalty in Pre-translation when ignore case/access key/space/punctuation option is enable?

The reason is that once these options are enable, they will become 100% matches. However, we think it's needed to distinguish them from actual 100% matches. 

Maybe using penalty like Trados to set it as 99% fuzzy matches, not 100%. That would be very neat.
