When you want to send a project to a translator has a full version we need to zip the project and copy the glossary from a other folder and the macro ....
When we ship to a translator has translator version it's very easy, we ship the bundle and the glossary, macro , .... are includes and no installation question.
I will like this feature expand for a user has a full version and he can generate the target file and send me back the translation by return one file the same way.
