Improve the Translation Statistics dialog

The Selection pane on the left of the dialog lists all languages and all resources within each language.

Provide a way to collapse the contents of the Selection pane, for less scrolling to a language at the end of a long list of languages and resources.

Also, when you have opened a string list for a language, and you open the Translation Statistics dialog, it should show the statistics for that language, not for the language at the top of the list. That is, it should auto-sync to the statistics for the current string list.
