Passolo support in TMS

Every release of a new Passolo version, TMS will not accept bundles for a few months.

I would be very valuable to allow immediate support of new Passolo bundles versions in TMS in a joint manner.

At this time, because of this restriction, we cannot deploy Passolo 2018 in the company.
