Translate
Import translated XML files with "Validated imported strings" checked. Most translated strings are marked validated (black), except the following cases:
1. the translated strings that are the same as source, because some languages re-use the same word as source.
2. the translation hasn't changed from previous translation, because source only changed casing or fixed typos.
By checking this option, the user is approving that all the strings in XML files are valid. So it should mark all strings from XML validated (black) instead of leaving above cases red.
