Not Considering

Not considering for two main reasons.  First, we no longer support the AI Professional plugin as this has been superseded by the OpenAI Provider for Trados.
Secondly, the OpenAI API service is already waiting 300 seconds  (5 minutes) from our integration when communicating with the API. If you have to wait longer than 5 minutes, especially with the current models then it is more likely that you have a problem unrelated to the timeout value.

Allow the user to set the timeout value: AI Professional

Then there is the problem of timeout. If a selected provider does not answer, how will AIP cascade through the provider translations? And how can I set a timeout for AIP and its AI source itself? Sometimes the complete time until all translations are there is too long (no, I don't use pretranslation; I need to see the empty segments and tackle them one by one).
