We would be glad if there was a small standalone app that allows you to create Studio Project Templates without actually creating a Studio Project. I.e. where you can enter the Template's name, select TMs, TBs and QAChecker profiles, etc. and then simply generate the .sdltpl file.

We need the templates for our TMS with Studio integration that creates Studio Projects itself - it is therefore quite sturdy to first create a project in Studio in order to create a template that you would then upload in the TMS so that the same project can be created via the TMS. Obviously you only have to do this whenever you need a new template, but still it would help to be able to create templates without having to create a project first.
