Create an app for transferring translator comments from a previous sdlxliff to new sdlxliff

Quite often customer provide us with draft versions of their documents, which we translate. During the process comments to TUs are added. The the customer sends a new draft and we start a new translation with it. All TUs are in the TM but the comments are lost. Would be great to have an app to transfer the comments from the previous sdlxliff to the current one.

No worries Jerzy Czopik . Another option in fact is to use studioViews. Export the file, or part of the file and when you import it comments will be brought back in.

Hi Jerzy Czopik - I thought PerfectMatch in its second mode ("Keep initial segment origin and status") can perhaps do this - I thought we may be keeping comments in that flow. But not 100% sure.

Sorry Paul, completely forgotten about that. Shall try to remember, when we have something similar again, but I'm afraid the idea was created not based on my own process, but someone else asked for that and I have already forgotten who this person is.
