Mandatory field in AppStore that shows whether or not plugins involve data leaving your local IT environment

The idea is as a follow-up to my question yesterday about whether there is any way to establish whether or not plugins involve data leaving local IT environments - as this might make it far easier to justify their installation for users e.g. in public administration towards our IT departments.
