Right now, it’s not possible to easily download resources.
Terminology databases cannot be downloaded via Web UI at all (except there is MTO available).
User friendliness could be improved by making them available as downloads (e.g. as *.zip) (and/or) exporting them into the standardized (*.sdltm and xml for TMs or TBs, respectively) or common exchange format (e.g. *.tmx and *.tbx).
To go beyond that, projects should also be exportable (GS 2020 SR1) but via one single view and in batch mode, if needed (e.g. via Users -> Content).
