Allow for Excel export of resource lists from GroupShare

In addition to the predefined reports, it would be useful to have an Export to Excel button on all resource pages accessible in GroupShare.

We'd be able to export a snapshot of resource data for further reporting and resource management purposes. 

An Export to Excel button with no background calculations involved probably doesn't require much development.
