Analysis when you need

In order to manger the remaining translation the project Manager who published the project must be able to run an analysis in any moment (the sync translation count is not enough).
I think that it's very important to know how many translation are missing but, now, it's not possibile because if files are checked out from someone you can't run any batch task.

At this stage the only work around is have a copy of the project not published.
