While we don't plan to introduce the ability to customize sites/dialogues in the SDL Trados GroupShare UI, we do plan to add further fields to the project creation wizard in the future, to allow the provision of addition project information.

Customize project creation screen in Project Server

The project creation screen in Project Server 2017 is very limited in the amount of administrative data you can enter. There is only name, description and due date more or less. 

It would be of great interest to be able to customize the project creation screen so that you can enter more values. Another advantage would be to configure which of these new data categories are mandatory.

The values you enter then would of course be displayed in corresponding columns in the Projects list.
